FEEDBACK
Leveraging the Voices of Learners to Reflect
My interdisciplinary practice as a teacher, educational developer, and leader has required me to use multiple means in collective feedback. This includes formal course evaluations in teaching, feedback surveys in educational development programming, and finding opportunities to collect detailed testimonies about my leadership.
The power dynamic between learner and practitioner lives across all these scenarios so I prioritize anonymous feedback mechanisms but also welcome open feedback by promoting transparency in all learning spaces. With this in mind, I have included a handful of examples of feedback and testimonies on this page but can offer upon request.
