The Contemporary Educator Program (CEP) has been referenced a few times throughout my portfolio as it meant a great deal to me and my practice. It was important to me that we document and celebrate our learning in the program using the #CEPSLC tag on social media platforms. This included X (formerly twitter) but would later transition to LinkedIn in an effort to build a stronger community.


Sharing these stories enabled me to connect with other like-minded educators and create a national/provincial community of Educational Developer practitioners. On multiple occasions, a story would trigger a sidebar conversation where I found new ways to inspire, connect, and improve my lessons.
